Enjoy FREE UK delivery on orders over £40, with a flat £4.99 delivery fee for orders under £40. All delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout — no surprises.

If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened pet food, opened natural treats or chews, perishable goods, or customised items (unless they’re faulty).

Just email us before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through the simple returns process.
